JUDGEMENT

(1.) Lawyers are not appearing in the Court in view of the unprecedented situation being faced by the country due to pandemic of novel corona virus (COVID-19).

(2.) Heard on the application seeking suspension of sentence.

(3.) The learned counsel for the applicant-appellant submits that the applicant-appellant was convicted and sentenced for the offences under Sections 8/15 (C) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
