JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the petitioners through video conference. Learned Public Prosecutor is present in person in the Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are major and are staying together. Respondent Nos.5 to 23 are harassing the petitioners with help of official of police Department while the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are living together since long and they want to marriage with each in accordance with law. Therefore, he implored to order for protection to the petitioners. Issue notice to respondents.

(2.) Learned Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos 1 to 4 State. Notice need not be issued to them. Issue notice to respondent Nos.5 to 23 only.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor seeks time for submitting factual report. Time prayed for is granted. List on 2.7.2020.
