KAMLESH Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.221/2019 registered at Police Station Ranoli District Sikar for the offence(s) under Section(s) 147, 323, 307 & 120-B of IPC and for offence under Sections 3 / 25 & 27 of the Arms Act and later on for offence under Sections 147 , 323 , 307 & 120-B of IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through 'Jitsi Meet'.

(3.) It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of causing any injury on the person of injured. He submits that all other co- accused persons including main accused Om Prakash against whom there was allegation of opening gunfire, have already been extended benefit of bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court, the petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2019, charge-sheet has already been filed, trial of the case will take time and prays for his release on bail.
