JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that the controversy raised in the instant writ application stands resolved in view of the adjudication made by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Vijay Kumar Sharma & Anr.Versus State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ petition Number 1586/2011, decided on 6th August, 2014, observing thus:

(3.) It is further informed that even the intra-court appeal instituted by the State-respondents has also been declined.
