(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) soon after resumption of normal functioning of the Court.
(2.) This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 CrPC seeking regular bail in bail jump matter arising out of FIR No. 306/2007 registered at Police Station, Sadar, Alwar for the offence under Sections 395 , 397 , 365 , 120B IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accused petitioner was on bail but due to illness, he could not appear before the learned Trial Court on the date fixed before it, as a result of which his bail bonds were forfeited, he was declared absonder and warrant of arrest was issued against him. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that this is for the first time when the petitioner's bail bonds have been forfeited. In future the petitioner would regularly appear before the Trial Court as and when he would be called to do so. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody for the last 2 1/2 months, hence he may be enlarged on bail.
