AVDHESH Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 290/2020 was registered at Police Station Bhusawar, District Bharatpur for offence under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 201 of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner marriage of the petitioner to the deceased took place nine years back. There are two children from the wedlock. It is contended that the deceased committed suicide by consuming poison. The evidence of witnesses reveals that there was no demand of dowry and the deceased committed suicide.
