JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defect is overruled for time being.

(2.) Learned Advocate for petitioner (on video conference) is directed to remove the defect after situation become normal.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner(through video conference) submits that the matter is no more res integra inasmuch as the coordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. (Petition) No.2723/2019 [Asharam Vs. State of Rajasthan] and 12 other connected matters vide order dated 03.02.2020 has allowed the criminal misc. petitions.
