(3.) Accused-petitioners have filed this criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.46/2020 registered at Police Station Ayana, Kota Rural (Raj.) for offence under Sections 341 , 323 , 308 , 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(S) SC/St (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
