MAHIPAL @ PATHAN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No. 93/2020 registered at Police Station Mundawar, District Alwar for the offence(s) under Section(s) 504, 323 & 341 of I.P.C. and later on for the offence(s) under Section(s) 323, 325, 326, 341, 504 and 34 of I.P.C.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties through Jitsi Meet.

(3.) It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in a civil dispute between the neighbours. He submits that the offence does not travel beyond the scope of Section 325 I.P.C., the matter has been compromised between the parties amicably, the petitioners are in custody since 20.04.2020, investigation as against them is complete, they have no criminal antecedents of like nature and therefore, prays for release of the petitioners on bail.
