JUDGEMENT

(1.) This bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.201/2020 registered at Police Station, Mahesh Nagar, Jaipur City (South), for offence under Section(s) 363, 376(2)(n) IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statement of the girl was recorded who is 19 years of age who has stated that she wants to live with the accused-petitioner, however, she has forcefully sent to the Nari Niketan while the petitioner has been arrested without any reason.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.
