JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel submits that admissions have been made by transferring to Central Board of Secondary Education governed schools. Accordingly, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the prayer has been allowed.

(2.) In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

(3.) All the pending applications stand dismissed.
