YASHPAL Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN,

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.316/2019 was registered at Police Station Kaman, District Bharatpur for offence under Section 363 of I.P.C. lateron Police found Sections 363, 376 IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act.

(3.) No ground is made out for entertaining the bail application as prosecutrix is a thirteen years old girl who has levelled allegation of rape against the petitioner in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
