JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) soon after resumption of normal functioning of the Court.

(2.) This application for suspension of sentence has been filed by the applicants under Section 389 CrPC.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicants has contended that the applicants were on bail during trial and the Trial Court suspended their sentence for one month w.e.f. 12.3.2020. He has annexed the certificate under Rule 311(3) of Rajasthan High Court Rules, 1952 to this effect. He has prayed that this application for suspension of sentence of the applicants may be allowed and sentence of the applicants may be suspended during the pendency of the appeal.
