JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 296/2019 was registered at Police Station Barodamev, District Alwar for offence under Section 395 of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that dispute took place between complainant and some persons at the wine shop. A false FIR has been registered against the petitioners. It is contended that contention in the FIR that the Assistant Branch Manager was returning at 9:00 pm is hard to believe.
