JUDGEMENT

(1.) This bail application has been filed under Section 439 CrPC seeking regular bail in FIR No. 519/2019 registered at Police Station, Ramganj, Ajmer for the offence under Sections 457 & 380 IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 19.12.2019. He further submits that after the completion of investigation, challan has been filed and the conclusion of trial is likely to take long time. He further submits that now no recovery is to be effected from the petitioner. The alleged offence is triable by a Magistrate. He further submits that although three other cases are said to be pending against him, but in two cases, Coordinate Bench of this Court has granted bail to him. Hence the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.
