JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defects are overruled for the time being.

(2.) Learned Advocate for petitioner is directed to remove the defects after situation become normal.

(3.) Petitioner through his natural guardian mother Smt. Bhooli Devi W/o Shri Ramphool has preferred this revision petition aggrieved by order dated 12.05.2020 passed by learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Jhalawar whereby the application filed by the petitioner under section 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act was rejected.
