JUDGEMENT

(1.) The application for impleadment is allowed. The applicant is impleaded as proforma respondent No. 9. Necessary corrections be carried out in the cause title during course of the day.

(2.) Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to serve a copy of the application on all the parties. Reply to the same may be filed before next date. D.B. Writ Miscellaneous Application No. 347/2018:-

(3.) Vide order dated 13.02.2020, this Court issued various directions. It is averred by the learned Advocate General appearing on behalf of RIICO that the directions of this Court have been complied with and not a single applicant made any application after the necessary advertisement was published in the newspapers. An affidavit to such pleading has been filed on 05.03.2020, along with which a copy of the advertisement has been annexed as Annexure-AA-1.
