(1.) Petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.343/2019 was registered at Police Station Shrimadhopur, District Sikar for offence under Sections 379 of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that the matter pertains to theft of bolero.
