JUDGEMENT

(1.) In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, lawyers have been advised to refrain from coming to the Courts.

(3.) The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.60/2020 of Police Station Ramsagada, District Dungarpur for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 326 and 307/34 IPC. He has preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
