JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.

(2.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that the accused-petitioner has been arrested in a case arising out of FIR No.45/2012 registered at Police Station Virat Nagar, District Jaipur for the offence under Sections 147 , 148 , 149 , 332 , 353 , 336 , 379 , 511 and 307 IPC.

(3.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that theaccused-petitioner was not able to attend the Court proceedings since 7.9.2016, as there was a communication gap between him and his lawyer. Learned counsel further submitted that now the accused- petitioner is in custody since 11.5.2020.
