JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel for the petitioners submitted that all the petitioners have participated in the physical efficiency test which was recorded through videography and the petitioners were told by the respondents that they have qualified the test but the respondents have thereafter declared all the petitioners failed despite having secured more marks in the test. Counsel further submits that the interview is going to be started from tomorrow i.e. 08.07.2020.

(2.) Counsel for the respondent-State submitted that the record pertaining to the physical efficiency test is lying with the respondent-RPSC.

(3.) In that view of the matter, looking to the fact that the interview is going to be started from 08.07.2020, the respondent- RPSC is directed to provisionally allow the petitioners to participate in the process of interview for the post of Sub- Inspector, being started from 08.07.2020, however, result of their participation shall not be declared without prior permission of this court.
