JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.283/2019 was registered at Police Station Kherli, District Alwar, for offence under Section 395 of IPC.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have remained in custody for a period of one year. There is no test identification parade.
