JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.

(2.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(3.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that accused-petitioner is in custody since 22nd October, 2020 and the other co-accused, namely, Rahul, Nawal Kishore Sharma, Vijay Singh and Hetram have been enlarged on bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court while accepting their bail applications.
