The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.94/2019 registered at Police Station Niwai, District Tonk for the offence(s) under Sections 458 , 366 , 376(2)(n) , 370 , 344 , 504 of I.P.C., Section 66-E of I.T. Act later on Section 363 , 366 , 379 , 354 , 323 , 341 and 120-B of IPC.
