Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition has been considered by the Coordinate Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in the matter of Ram Chandra Tripathy Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4605/2020 & connected petitions, wherein on 14.08.2020, the following order was passed:-
