JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 414/2019 was registered at Police Station Khandela, District Sikar, for offence under Sections 420, 489-A, 489-B, 489-C and 489-D of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not having any criminal antecedents. It is also contended that co-accused has been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this court.
