IQBAL Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in FIR No.88/2020 registered at Police Station Bhiwadi, Phase-3, District Alwar for the offences under Sections 143 , 323 , 341 , 307 and 120B IPC and Sec.3/25 of Arms Act .

(2.) Heard learned counsel for both the sides and perused the case diary of the present case as well as of the cross case.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicants submits that civil and revenue cases are pending between the parties. Cross cases are registered in connection with the alleged incident and both sides have sustained injuries. Not even a single injury caused to complainant side has been opined to be dangerous to life. Investigation/ trial would take time. The applicants should be released on bail.
