JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:-

(2.) By way of this writ petition the petitioner has challenged his transfer order dated 02.07.2020 passed by the respondents by which the petitioner has been transferred from Sikar to Khetri. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been transferred due to mala-fide reason as the petitioner has made the complaint against the respondent No.3-Chief Manager Sikar, Depot.
