JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Misc. Bail Application has been brought under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking regular bail in connection with F.I.R. No. 125/2020 registered at Police Station Laxmangarh District Alwar for offence under Sections 143 , 323 , 341 and 308 IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the accused petitioner and complainant through video conferencing and perused the case diary.

(3.) It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that all the injuries to the injured person are simple in nature. No injury has been described as grievous or dangerous to life. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. They are in judicial custody since last one month. Investigation and trial of the case will take time.
