JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for the Revenue Appellate Authority, Jaipur, to decide the revenue appeal No.217/2008 challenging the order dated 16.09.1994 passed by the Assistant Collector, Jaipur pending before it for last more than 25 years, within a period of two months.

(2.) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection if the prayer is allowed.

(3.) Heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the record.
