JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:-

(2.) Admittedly the advertisement in question relates to the year 2012 and the petitioner has filed the writ petition in the year 2020 after a delay of 8 years.

(3.) In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of delay and laches.
