(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor.
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a registered owner and has a registered sale-deed in his favour. Learned counsel submits that in view thereof, the FIR, which has been registered with regard to the allegations, which are more than three and half years back, deserves to be quashed. Learned counsel further submits that the documents, which are in his possession, including a registered power of attorney, clearly reveal that no case is made out against the petitioner.
(3.) In support of his submissions, learned counsel relies on the judgment in the case of Murari Lal Gupta Versus Gopi Singh: (2005) 13 SCC 699.
