JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Misc. Bail Application has been brought under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking regular bail in connection with FIR No.90/2009 registered at Police Station Harmara, Chomu, District Jaipur for offence under Section 4 / 25 of Arms Act.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through Jitsi Meet. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial is pending under Section 4 / 25 Arms Act. Due to his father's illness, he could not remain present in the learned trial Court. Hence, the bail bonds were forfeited and arrest warrant was issued against him. Petitioner is behind the bar since 27.11.2019. In future he will remain present on each and every date of hearing in the trial Court.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. The trial against the accused-petitioner is pending under Section 4 /25 Arms Act. He remained absent for a period of about six years.
