JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter is taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing.

(2.) The defects pointed out by the Registry are waived at this stage.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vehicle which is involved in the alleged incident, deserves to be released to the petitioner as it would get rusted and spoiled, if it is remained in the police custody. I have considered the submissions as above.
