JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.578/2019 was registered at Police Station Harmada for offence under Sections 285, 379, 120B, 413, 419 of I.P.C. and Section 3 PDPP Act and Section 15(2)PDPP Act 1962 amended Act 2011.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that co-accused has/have been enlarged on bail. Petitioner was only tenant in residential flat.
