JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:

(2.) Mr. Rajvanshy, learned counsel appearing for the petitionerMahasangh submits that some of the members of the petitionerMahasangh, who were appointed in the years 2010/2012 have been illegally retrenched.

(3.) Mr. Rajvanshy, learned counsel for the petitioner-Mahasangh submits that the respondents have notified vacancy for the post of Forest Guard vide advertisement No.4/2020 dated 11.11.2020. But the members of the petitioner-Mahasangh cannot apply as they have become over age.
