JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter is taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Advisory Committee while granting the permanent parole to the petitioner imposed the condition to furnish two surety bonds of Rs.50,000/ and one personal bond of Rs.50,000/-.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a poor person and his family members is not in a position to arrange the sureties therefore, he may be released on parole upon furnishing a personal bond. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is still in Central Jail, Jaipur and he cannot fulfill the requirement of two sureties due to his poor condition and spread of COVID-19.
