JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Nishant Bora, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition qua petitioner No. 2 to 5.

(2.) The writ petition is therefore dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioner Nos. 2 to 5.

(3.) As far as petitioner No. 1 - Anil Vishnoi is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in the present writ petition is covered by adjudication made in para-11 and 12 (Issue No.G and H) of the judgment dated 23.10.2020 rendered by Jaipur Bench of this Court in SB Civil Writ Petition No.8908/2020 (Lalit Kishore Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors.) wherein the following conclusion was drawn by the Court :-
