JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defects pointed out by the office stand waived for the time being. However, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects immediately after regular functioning of the court.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing and learned Public Prosecutor, who is present in the court.

(3.) This bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C in connection with FIR No. 445/2019 registered at Police Station Kotwali Karauli, District Karauli for the offences under section 147 , 148 , 149 , 323 , 307 and 302 IPC and section 3 / 25 of Arms Act.
