JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor.

(2.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that the accused-petitioner has been arrested in a case arising out of FIR No.1051/2012 registered at Police Station JDA, Jaipur subsequently transferred to Police Station Sanganer Sadar, Jaipur for the offence under Sections 420 , 467 , 468 & 471 of IPC.

(3.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that the accused-petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2019 and the offences alleged against him are triable by the Magistrate.
