(1.) Defects as pointed out by the Registry are ignored.
(2.) The petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 146/2020 registered at Police Station Kotwali,Tonk for the offence under Sections 147 , 148 , 149 , 186 , 188 , 269 , 332 , 353 , 307 IPC and Section 51 of Disaster Management Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits thLearned Counsel for the petitioners submits that more than 60 persons have been implicated in the case registered for an incident suddenly occurred during lockdown without any motive. No specific overt act has been attributed to any one of the petitioners. Only few injuries found on three injured are simple in nature out of which, most of the injuries are in the nature of pain with no external injury. No other criminal case has been registered against any of the petitioners. They are not required in the investigation. Conclusion of investigation and trial will take considerable time. No fruitful purpose is going to be served in keeping the petitioners in custody. A coordinate Bench of this Court has already released the accused persons in similar cases. Hence, they may be enlarged on bail.
