JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter is taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

(2.) The defects pointed out by the Office are waived at this stage. However, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the Registry immediately after restoration of normal functioning of the Court.

(3.) Petitioner has preferred instant Habeas Corpus Petition alleging therein that her daughter - Vanisha @ Manisha was abducted by the private respondent Nos.5 to 12 but the police despite registering FIR No.265/2020 at Police Station Kaman, District Bharatpur for the offences under Sections 143 , 120-B , 363 , 366 IPC and offence under Sections 7 and 8 POCSO Act against accused respondent Nos.5 to 12 has not taken any action against the culprits as the detenue is in custody of private respondents No.5 to 12.
