HANUMAN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0136/2020 registered at Police Station Bandikui District Jaipur.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the SHO of concerned Police Station has been appointed as Receiver over the disputed land and regarding the incident of theft of green trees from the disputed land the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 12-3-2020. But instead of registering an FIR on the petitioner's complaint, above FIR has been registered on the report of Assistant Sub Inspector of the same Police Station, where a lady Constable namely Manju Devi belongs to opposite party is posted and she will influence and interfere in the investigation of the case.
