Mr. Bhaleria, learned counsel for the petitioner invited Court's attention towards the order dated 31.1.2018 declaring petitioner to be retired from service w.e.f. 31.1.2018 and submitted that no inquiry is pending against the petitioner and regardless of the fact that about a period of three years have passed since petitioner has retired, not even a single penny (on account of pension), has been paid to him.
