(2.) The appellant Ranveer Singh has been convicted and sentenced as below vide judgment dated 1.9.1993 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Churu in Sessions Case No. 77/1992 (19/91):

(3.) Being aggrieved of his conviction and sentences, the appellant has preferred this appeal under Section 374(2) Cr.P.C.
