JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application for bail has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.149/2020, Police Station Bhupalpura, District Udaipur for the offences under Sections 376, 417, 420 & 120B IPC

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the complainant. Perused the material available on record.

(3.) Mr. Anuj Sahlot, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after lodging of the FIR, the parties have entered into a compromise and the petitioner has married the complainant on 25.08.2020.
