RAJVEER CHOUDHARY Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The accused-petitioner has filed this third bail application. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh bail application after recording statement of witness Giriraj vide order dt. 1st September, 2017.

(2.) The accused-petitioner filed S.B. Criminal Misc. II Bail Application No. 3612/2018 and the same came to be rejected by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dt. 22 nd March, 2018.

(3.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that the accused-petitioner has been arrested in a case arising out of FIR No.271/2017 registered at Police Station Malakhera, District Alwar for the offence under Section 307 of IPC and Section 8 / 20 of NDPS Act.
