JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applications (Nos. 1/2020) in SAW Nos. 396/2020, 397/2020 and 398/2020 for waiver of the defects are allowed for the reasons mentioned therein and the defects pointed out by the registry are waived. In rest of the cases, on oral prayer made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the defects are waived.
