JUDGEMENT

(1.) Appellant has filed this appeal under Section 14 of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 seeking regular bail in connection with FIR No.40/2020 registered with Police Station Banetha, District Tonk for the offence/s punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 307, 332, 353, 504, 506, 507, 186 and 189 of IPC and Sections 3 (1) (S), 3 (1) (D) and 3 (2) (V) of SC/ ST Act .

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through 'Jitsi Meet'.

(3.) Since the complaint has been lodged by the Police Authorities, compliance of Sections 15 (A) (3) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 is dispensed with.
