JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 Cr.P.C in FIR No.100/2020 registered at Police Station Pragpura District Jaipur for the offences under Sections 395 , 307 , 427 , and 323 IPC and Section 3 / 25 Arms Act.

(2.) Lerned counsel for the petitioner submits that main accused and other co-accused have already been enlarged on bail. The case of the petitioner is similar with that of co-accused. Challan has been presented in the matter and trial will take time. Therefore the bail application be allowed.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.
